Nous avons le plaisir d’annoncer l’ouverture de l’appel à propositions de communications pour le workshop no. 140 du Congrès mondial de droit constitutionnel, dirigé par Mirja Trilsch, Christine Vézina et Sandra Liebenberg, et intitulé « Droits économiques, sociaux et culturels dans un monde en crises : quelle réponse du droit constitutionnel ? ». Les propositions en anglais et en français sont acceptées.

Le Congrès mondial de droit constitutionnel « Constitutionnalisme durable: des réponses pour un monde en évolution » se tiendra du 6 au 10 juillet 2026 en Colombie.

We are pleased to announce the opening of the call for abstracts for Workshop No. 140 of the World Congress of Constitutional Law, led by Mirja Trilsch, Christine Vézina and Sandra Liebenberg, and entitled “Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in a World in Crisis: What Response from Constitutional Law?” Proposals in English and French are welcome.

The World Congress of Constitutional Law, “Sustainable Constitutionalism: Responses for an Evolving World” will take place from 6 to 10 July 2026 in Colombia.
